Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rapidit, we aim for a smooth booking experience. This page explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellation by user

  • Before confirmation: No charges apply for bookings cancelled before an Expert is assigned.
  • After confirmation: A cancellation fee may apply depending on timing and service type to compensate the Expert for their time.
  • On-arrival: If you cancel after the Expert has reached your location, you may be charged up to the full booking amount.

Cancellation by Rapidit / Expert

If Rapidit or the Expert cancels a confirmed booking (due to unavailability or technical issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.

No-show policy

If the Expert arrives and you are unavailable or unreachable for more than 15 minutes, the booking may be marked as a no-show and cancellation fees will apply.
