These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through https://rapidit.in/ and the Rapidit mobile applications (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Platform is owned and operated by Skilledhands Technologies Private Limited ("Rapidit", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

What Rapidit does

Rapidit provides a technology platform that connects Users with independent third‑party service providers ("Experts") offering various home services, including but not limited to: maid, cook, cleaning, and maintenance services. Rapidit only facilitates the connection and payment process.

Key points

• Independent Experts: Experts are independent third parties, not employees of Rapidit. We do not supervise or control the manner in which Experts provide services.
• Booking details: You are responsible for providing accurate details while booking and for ensuring a safe environment for Experts.
• Charges: Final payable amounts, including platform fees and applicable taxes, will be shown during checkout.
• No warranty: The Services are provided "as is." Rapidit does not guarantee the quality of services provided by Experts.
• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rapidit. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
